Dropping below 200 DPI negatively impacts the readability

of the docs in my experience, Barb.


For reduction of the file size, once you've successfully scanned and saved the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, on the Menu Bar across the top of the Adobe window [File Edit View Window Help], left-click with your mouse on the File tab, scroll down to Save As, then scroll over to the Right to the Save As Reduced Size PDF and then save it.

FYI: Normally, this will reduce the file size by nearly half of the previous bytes.
