I have not had this experience with ORTC. They call me about once a month, and I get my fee per scope of work. Mostly they are purchase packages. We don't have ORTC here in Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo counties. The offices that contact me are located either north or south of me.
EOs in my area that I provide services to tell me the same thing. "Don't have time to sit with the borrowers, buyers or sellers, we're too busy and we don't care to travel do clients out of the office or after hours. That's why we are glad you are willing to do it for us. We wish we could pay you twice what we pay you, you're worth it." |
