I agree with MW/VA. I used to do a lot with The Closers when they first split from Now Closings and I believe did a ton of Boston National Title work. They met my fee then, and always paid 30 days. Then it went silent for over a year + and haven't heard a peep.
Sad this went down hill, but have to agree, unless you opened the package to see what's in there, I can almost guarantee both packages were combined and possibly an appraisal thrown in.
I wouldn't have printed or went on that assignment for them unestablished. There are some companies I work for that it would be a given with no problem, and would have went and guaranteed an adjustment later. It's all about the relationship you build over the years, and clearly The Closers are not at that level. |
