I, for one, wouldn't want yet another layer of 'pay to play' oversight. You sink or swim on your own merit. When they started the Nat'l Real Estate Board (pay to play), it seemed like a good idea.
Now EVERYBODY is a *Realtor (* trademark) and everybody is right back where they started. Good, bad or in between, they're all *Realtors now...and pay thru the nose for a made up word.
