This post triggered just a couple of thoughts...
First, re the Orange County DA. I spent the better part of an afternoon once (last year?) trying to find someone who would take an interest in one of the worst offenders who I'm told has an office in my city. I was referred to one person after another, one department after another, trying to find some way of filing a complaint against them, with the hope of bringing some info to this forum. Not only was I told that there didn't exist any forms that could be used to file that type of complaint, I couldn't find a single individual or department that would be interested in hearing about it.
I might have pursued it further if I had ever worked for that company, so hopefully someone else might have better luck. [I wonder if that's one reason why so many of them seem to be located here...  jk]
On a very different note, I happen to know a couple who live (or used to) in Cumming, GA. I've never been there, but from what I've heard, it's mostly a pretty upscale area. Figures...
