Wow What a piece of work!! Nobody but a CA notary needs to know CA notary laws. I wish we could rate his SS as a 1 star. He called me about 3 months back, and I have a free listing! It's amazing he is taking away his paying customers over his bulls*t (excuse my French, but that's what it is)
If I had paid in and was removed, I would threaten to sue him,or refund all my money, not just a portion of it. He's not my employer, he is not guaranteeing anyone's work, he has no business doing what he is doing. jmo
