| Yes there is a problem - I've missed out on two closings in my zip code because of it. The app is not making the alert sound when a closing is available. It still pops up on my phone screen, but (since it's silent) by the time I notice it the closing has already been taken by someone else. I received the email from TS saying that iPhone was having a problem, but I have a Samsung phone with Android and I am experiencing the same issue. I have replied twice to the TS email to let them know that this is happening on Android as well. Others need to do the same. |
