Reading the comments and threads for the last week or so i am disappointed in the content of many. NR Admin. needs to police more or this site will be nothing more then Twitter for Notary / Signing Agents. UPDATE who you're working with.... successes and failures. NOTE new changes in documents or some odd new policy, Lender or State compliance. Be realistic in your question... i.e what pen is best for a signing?? = 300 different replies. Petty back and forth is a waste of everyone's time... TIME!
