I would recommend you avoid this company unless you are willing to chase your money. I did a signing on 8/15/17. After 40 days, I sent an email to Karrie. Waited a week, didn't hear a word. I called and her VM was full. That was when I included Linda on the email and stated that if I didn't hear something within hours, I would start sending letters to the title company, lender, Indiana Dept of Insurance and SOS. I heard back from Linda immediately. She told me a check was going out that day. I did get it 8 days later.
But I shouldn't have had to threaten them to get paid. I am a professional, I don't want to be turned into a pit bull to get what is rightfully due. I am not the only one who has had to do this so pay heed. |
