I wouldn't even ask to do it (burn a CD), the answer is NO. You will put yourself right on the black list even contemplating something like that.
NSA= Notary Signing Agents (we are are that)
NNA= I am not a member, but may have to eventually cave in, so far I haven't had to conform. I haven't been certified since my first commission, and found it unnecessary...they prefer experience. Nobody has ever asked me for my certification or wanted me to get it. Silly ways for these companies to make money off our backs besides everything else. jmo
