name that is on their driver's license. I've had lenders say that's fine as we have an AKA statement with the name variation and we're fine with it. That way, I could write my acks/jurats within the scope of CA notorial guidelines and they are fine funding it with their AKA.
I probably would have had her sign everything as her documents are drawn and write my certs as her driver's license reads. Again, I have had this happen before and the lender was fine with it.
Did you try calling the LO listed on the 1003? These days most people can get their LO on the phone in a heartbeat.
