I have been an "ordained minister" of the Internet Church (I won't name it here) for many years. In fact, I officiated at the marriage of one of my sons. Never did for money, but if you want to do it, google it. I sent a letter to Los Angeles County and it is perfectly legal. I wouldn't mix it with my notary business, however.
