right! Mr. Hoyt needs to hire an efficient accounts payable department! What a bunch of BS. Do they actually think we believe that dribble? Isn't it strange that the offended party gets immediate payment when lender and title are contacted? Funny (not!) that when his pocketbook is jeopardized, Mr. Hoyt finds the funds for immediate payment to that offending NSA. Squeaky wheel ......
I've no dog in this fight. I've never worked with TNP. However, had I mistakenly taken that step, you can be sure I'd be making a pest of myself -- to Mr. Hoyt, TC, lender and all compliance agencies -- and, I start that process immediately after the 31st day mark, not 60 or 45 days or a year later. Initial contact is with SS. If desired results are not achieved after a week, proceed to TC, again, giving a week to receive payment and so on up the ladder. AND, document everything.
