| Three hours to do a signing? .... or forgot to check in on the app and was late closing out the signing. Or was in a remote area with no cell service and had to travel umpteen miles to check in. Or notary spent 2+ hours yakking with borrowers after the signing was complete or borrowers were lunatics and needed 3 hours to decide whether to sign, walking around the room wringing their hands, calling their LO, fidgeting over whether to go through with the loan or not and on and on. I always take these one-sided pronouncements from "the other side" about idiot NSAs with a hefty grain of salt. That said, however, I love the whole Quicken vibe: print one copy only; no borrower ID required; docs are immediately available, no waiting for late docs; two notarizations max. What a deal. |
