| I agree, I'd hang up the NSA hat and keep the 3% commission as a realtor. Most signings in FL are about $100.00 a closing or less if you are a newbie with no experience, and you cannot do both for conflict of interest. Good luck to you, it's a rough market to break into right now, and seems prices are more down than going up. |
