Wow excellent deal for the shareholders..... gosh, would it be better to take the cash $41 sh or the 1.285 FNF. if you own 100 shares of STC, would equal 128.50 shs of FNF ... this morning that stock is at $42.20 per sh... Hmmm, let me think....
