So it's comforting to know I'm not being singled out for his abuse. However, I failed both his verbal and his written test and lost my Icon. This is his explanation: I would like to pass you. However, you need to pass my test the way I give it and not the way California thinks it should be given. My test is NOT a California test, but a best practices universal test. I compete in my very expensive Zip Coded area with the "Elite" certified, Prestige Notary who maintains a fake address at a postal store in east San Diego.
