Signing Services provide a Scheduling and Outsource management service to TCs- and are NOT an indispensable.
A large majority exist not on the basis of a good reputation, but on having access to new "talent" with whom they can wield and manipulate to accept any fee & scope of work offered. It's not about an established relationship at all - and certainly not one based on knowledge/experience. There is PLENTY of that right here.
So as far as Respect goes . . . it really has to be Earned (by all parties). Good communication and compensation is a start.
Note: When you visit the SC database you will be able to visualize firsthand the sheer number of companies (come, gone, resurrected) that have systematically earned negative reviews, and horrible reputations in the process. They deserve no less than the back of the hand; while they may be here to stay, they are not needed. |
