We have an honesty based profession. We check ID's to make sure people are who they say and follow our state guidelines and preform "unbiased" closings, yet you have NSA's who rate companies based on opinions vs facts. It's not fair. We cry about it when a SS may do it to us on other sites, yet those same people do the same thing to them here.
1 person comes to mind about asking me about a year ago to rate a company that I have no issues with personally or business wise over the years and enjoy working for. She asked me to write a bad review and rate them low because of something that happened to her good friend.... Really?? She (and her friend) are no longer here, and she has no contact with me since that event that I wouldn't do for her.
We all know we are talking about PRG, and not giving them a fair shot now. She came on a bit strong, but in the end, did the right thing and changed herself into a SS account as we wanted. Give SS's a fair chance, and please only rate from experience and payment policies. Even low ball offers do not warrant a rating as disclosed upfront, and up to us to accept or reject. What does is payment history and business practices such as communication, trip and print fees paid, and too much "hand holding".
SC is a tool for us to use and rely on. Quit messing it up with clouded opinions and spitefulness. |
