More than not, liability will fall on the notary the signers were there and indeed signed in front of them. That signature won't hold up anywhere. Maybe use a fingerprint pad when first starting? We do not need a journal in FL, so just a thought of how you would prove this. I am sure it's simple, and probably some wet signed docs as well.
