I have no problems turning back assignments whereby I am not fully compensated for items such as scanbacks, large package sizes, complicated documents, etc. It is very empowering. I have a zero tolerance policy if the SS willingly tries to rip me off. It is a great feeling knowing that you will not allow yourself to be abused!
