Amrock pays $65 plus $20 for printing = $85. All their packages are edocs, so you're always getting at least $85 per package. Piggy-back HELOC pays an additional $40.
Their regular refi Quicken packages are less than 90 pages. You print only 1 set. No fax/scan backs. Borrowers are always well informed and ready to sign and go. Signing process takes no more than 20 minutes (including filling out notary journal).
Given the above scenario, I have no problem accepting the Amrock/Quicken assignments for a 10-mile travel radius. And, being on direct deposit, I receive payment in my bank on Thursday 2 weeks after signing. |
