Are you listed on the Settlement Statement? If not, email them with the agreed-to fee and make sure they agree to it in writing. They're probably leaving up to you and the signers to work out the signing location and time.
Google search shows them to be a TC so should you encounter issues collecting payment, you do have a recourse.
