I imagine a number of you have received emails from MortgageNotary.com in regards to a new business they have started called All Florida Divorce. I do know someone who is utilizing this procedure, though not thru this company. It's very desirable for what might be called "no-fault divorce" where husband and wife are going thru an amicable divorce and no attorney is needed, other than to take a lot of money from them for no reason. It is inexpensive and, typically, divorce papers are issued by the court within 60 days. I utilized this procedure myself in another state. However, I still had to have an attorney do the basic paperwork (and he still tried to bilk me).
MortgageNotary.com is on my list as one of many slow pay companies. They are also charging $200 (for early registration, otherwise it's $300) to attend a seminar to learn the business. This, as we all know, is only the beginning of the expense.
I'm interested in comments, from any of you, as to the potential of this business and any additional feedback in your dealings with MortgageNotary.
