(oops) I've heard of potential situations of someone

having someone "pose" as a spouse to sign docs. We do our due diligence when it comes to ID's, etc. You have your Journal. I'm curious--do you have to provide that to an individual asking for it. I thought it had to be requested by the court.
Let us know how this plays out.
