| Seems a CA restriction that is not held here in MA. I have done many as an "authorized representative" of (fill in the blank) company. I should add that MOST of these done are NOT for jobs that people are taking in CA. Florida, MA, NY, CT etc yes but not for CA. I remember one young man VERY happy as he was about to start with Walt Disney Productions in FL and needed the form done that day and faxed and shipped out same day (really expensive fee by fedex btw but not on MY dime) to Disney so he could start the following day. He was flying out that afternoon. I always wondered why did he not just take it with him when he started work? |
