Does the signer want you to only notarize her signature or does she want you to review the documents to make sure they are all done correctly? If all I’m doing is notarizing signatures then I would charge my states allowable notarization fee plus a travel charge. If she wants more then the fee might be higher. That being said I can’t imagine a seller package requiring 10 documents to be notarized. I’m wondering if there is a trust involved in addition to her POA or maybe there’s more than one property?
If she’s willing to scan and send the documents to you, many of the questions could be answered. But I wouldn’t commit to a fee until I reviewed it .
