Why wouldn't the daughter tell her mother they sold the property and would be signing papers tomorrow? The mother has moved to VA from TX and is living with the daughter. Makes no sense why the mother would not know what is going on AND why the title company has been dealing with the daughter and NOT the owner of the property (if this is legit, that is).
