It calls for the kind of assessments that can only come with time / experience (and lots of reading on here!)
For me, personally, I would avoid the designation "GNW" with real estate (and possibly estate planning); it might be separate or isolated docs in our view but signers (and TC) inevitably see the facilitation of a complete transaction. *
This is an issue particularly now when gnw is more profitable than "signing agent" work - and many notaries are making decision whether to use their commissions commercially.
