It's questionable whether being an NSA will be a viable source of income, for reasons expressed in many recent posts.
The only web sites that may be worth paying for are this one, what is often called the coffee site, and the background check/signing agent certification from NNA. Not all clients require a background check, but the NNA is the only widely accepted check among clients who require a check. There are many sites that are just scams.
Dual tray printers are noticeably more expensive than single tray laser* printers, but even if you use page separator software, shuffling papers around is time consuming and runs the risk of loosing a document, or getting pages out of order. When I was new, before I got a dual tray printer, I got some documents out of order, which made it seem a certain doc didn't need a signature or notarization. Fortunately, I caught it before I shipped the documents, and was able to meet the signer the next morning and get it signed and notarized. So I suggest a dual tray printer if at all possible. All the posters here who've had success with dual-tray have been using Windows. There have been many reports of Macintosh computers not working with dual-trays. I don't recall any reports about whether non-Windows tablets or Chromebooks work with dual trays.
