I have no comment on the issue itself because we're not required to see a POA here, but I've run into a similar reaction when dealing with other inconsistencies or issues. Sadly, that's sometimes the cost of doing the right thing. Clearly, some signing services (or schedulers, at least) feel that the answer to some challenges or inconsistencies in paperwork is to just find another notary who won't notice or care...
When that happens, I try to to focus on what potential liabilities I might have avoided by speaking up - and then try to 'let it go, let it go...'!  |
