| We recently had a change in our allowable fees from $2 per notarization to $10. The day after it went into effect, I happened to be in a UPS store dropping off and they had a sign printed up with the new fee. I said something about it and she said "Oh, we HAVE to charge $10. It's a new law". I laughed and said "no, you don't HAVE to charge $10, it's not a law but I'm sure that is company policy". These clerks are clueless. |
