| I've also been getting the random assignment here and there from various types of sources for Deed corrections. My guess - and that's all it is - is that some people are slow enough that lots of QC is happening and they're getting around to fixing errors. I've had two recently that were originally signed over a year ago. (BTW, the average fee was more than double what you stated... Don't be afraid to negotiate!) |
