| This is John Hoyt (The Notary Pool) doing business under a new name. There are eight (8) signings I did for them in early 2018 totaling $975 that they have not paid me for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM/THEM!!! HE/THEY DO NOT PAY!!! It's a shame that we as notaries go through all the certification and training to prove our business integrity, but the signing companies can get away with their unethical practices and not be held accountable to promptly pay us for services rendered. There should be more we can do to hold them accountable and make them pay. We have got to turn the table when it comes to fair and reasonable pay for our closing services from the signing companies. |
