| from an SS regarding a signing I did Wed. evening. The title company told her that I had not dropped docs until friday and they didn't receive them until yesterday. I called Fedex and they acknowledged the docs being dropped thursday morning and told me they had a "National Service Disruption" due to the weather and that the package had sat in Memphis an extra day. Perhaps title should have spoken to Fedex instead of accusing me of dropping them late. If they had, they probably could have bargained on a refund from fedex |
