UPS Lawsuit Status 2019-05-31 Seeking MA Supreme Court Help

This case is continuing, seeking an interpretation by the MA Supreme Court of MA law Chapter 262, Section 41 on maximum allowed notary fees. This old law from 1836 (the year Texans died at the Alamo) appears irrelevant since it pertains to notary protests, not other types of notary transactions.
