A couple of notes of interest:
"An online notary public may change his or her RON service provider or providers from time to time, but shall notify the Department of State of such change within 30 days thereafter. (6) The online notary public or his or her RON service provider shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the audio- video communication technology used in an online notarization is secure from unauthorized interception."
117.275 Fees for online notarization.— An online notary public or the employer of such online notary public may charge a fee, not to exceed $25, for performing an online notarization under this part. Fees for services other than notarial acts are not governed by this section.
