As you can most likley read, here are the rules Most Instructions say to change the dates and have them initialed, but if you read the form that is not what is real...if you sign and date the form and it is the last event then the time starts there... I think Bank Of America is the only one I have seen that says DON'T change the dates... It's english and is very clear. SS's, Title Cos., and even some lenders are just making it a bit more difficult than they need to....
