You will need to make a sizeable investment in order to do loan signings. I hope you've done your homework, because the business is slower than it once was & harder to get started in. That said, you need a computer with high-speed internet for downloading documents, a laser printer (preferably dual-tray), a supply of letter-size paper & legal-size paper. That's the minimum required to get started. You do need your Notary commission and Notary E&O Insurance, plus your stamp, of course. Good luck. |
