Has there been an effort to re-introduce that bill after the Judicial Committee submitted their analysis?
BTW, I think you and Lee/AR have hit on the best reasons to oppose this action that I've read yet! Notaries should be extremely concerned about your first point. I'd think the general public would/should also be very concerned about your 2nd point, along with Lee/AR's.
