Title company involved but the worst bank ever. my appointment is in one hour and of course no docs. 100% failure by this bank to get things done in time. 10 yrs of 100% failure. I'm going to text the guy and tell him I don't have any docs to print yet. I have part 1 of this signing. the 2nd part is in another state.
