Part Time Work - as Notary Signing Agent

Hi
I am interested to work as a Notary Signing agent in evenings and weekends. Is it possible ??
Do people prefer to close deals in evenings and weekends - or this work is primarily conducted during normal business hours of 9 to 5. What are the chances that laon closings are done in the evening or weekends - and are there any companies willing to give work to people like me - who can only come for closings inthe evenings and weekends.
