This is fake news. The recount in WI is on Day 11, and ends tomorrow. As of today, Clinton has gained a handful of votes overall.

Trump gained a little over 100 votes in the first few days, but Clinton caught up and moved past him by about day 5. At no time was there a significant difference of more than that.

This is from the Wisconsin Elections Commission from day 6 - I think they have more accurate numbers than whatever that site is that you referenced...
