I agree - Kellyanne is a master at this stuff. She knows how not to answer a question, and how to make it look like the questioner is the idiot.
She has also moved beyond mildly annoying to extremely annoying on the smugness scale, especially with the threat to cut NBC off if they didn't get into line.
