I agree with you - the few instances of authenticated fraud have not had any effect on the outcomes of any elections. The number I've seen is something like at best .000002 % of all ballots cast in a given state. Anything as big as they're suggesting happened in 2016 would have to be a coordinated effort across states and SOMEBODY would have seen it going on.

Our government has better things to do with the time and money this is going to cost than to address a problem that doesn't exist.
