| If he kills the cost-sharing payments, he owns what happens to health care. In the absence of a bill to repeal/replace/fix the ACA, what happens going forward is his responsibility. The GOP could pay a heavy price in 2018, but Trump doesn't care - he doesn't understand health care (or anything else) and has no allegiance to the GOP. |
