Fellow notaries, Inspire closing has cancelled (3) of my closing without notifying me. What is worse is the borrower was not notified either. Inspire left it up to me to contact the borrower and let them know it may or may not happen for the scheduled time. The way I found out is I did my due diligence trying to track down my docs. Due to increase in re-fi I have turned away clients since I scheduled with Inspire. Inspire is telling me they do not have the personnel to handle the increase workflow and they have hired personnel then why are the docs getting processed in a timely manner? This is why notaries must be compensated in situations such as this. |
