Create the invoice as docs are printing and print one more page — the invoice, once docs are printed, or at same time if you have more than one printer. Not a pain and no extra time. Besides, with an invoice program, most everything is already filled in and you will always know who has paid and who hasn’t, how much you have earned YTD — and know how much quarterly tax payments to submit. |
