On 2/16/18 (after 60days), I emailed orders@prestigenotaries.com as a reminder that I was waiting on payments for the signings I completed on 12/15/17 and 1/9/18. I asked Prestige to please clarify what the delay was. I received a reply saying, "Your requests have been sent to our accounting team. Thank you, Chelsie Garza." |
