 Re: Lead time on docs

Hate to say it, but tell them to reassign. Aint worth the frustration. I've been doing this for 10 years now and only work for a very few services due to that. I went into real estate full blow because if I am going to bust my ass, I want to get paid. It's a lot of work, much like signings, but fully emcompasses the whole perspective from title, loan signing, appraisal. I can work with escrow to get docs done and reviewed in a timely manner, It's great having this background and appraisal to help my clients. Escrow knows when I call, I know what Im talking about. Think about a change or enhancement. albeit a TON of work and time, but rewarding, far beyond just signings.
